Had a good meal, veal Parmigiana with spaghetti. My wife had eggplant rollatini w/pasta. Shared The Calamari appetizer. Food was authentic Italian and very tasty. Sauce was surprising good (especially for Fla.) Service was excellent. Very friendly manager who assisted our waitress. Would definitely go back to Pagano's.

...."Do you want a plate for your bread?" - No I will just eat it off your filthy tablecloth. 45 minutes for meal to arrive. Veal was still partially frozen and pasta severely overlooked. Had two bites and told the server it was inedible. She was happy to take it away and certainly happy enough to leave it on my bill. Although the server did say, with a nervous laugh, - "don't you hate it when you think you are getting something good and it turns out that you don't". If Burger King made Veal Parm. It would be infinitely better than this sad affair. A shame to the Italian name - shame I say.

Fran reminded me this place is only good for pizzas on pizzas on anything else please don't deviate to the menu stay with the pizza. The pizza menus is good all the rest the stuff on the menu suck with the Capital s. Never trust a restaurant that has Pepsi only products. They usually suck too is too strong language how about it's just shitty

Not sure about these pommys on here and their experiences but, I usually enjoy a nice fresh Caesar salad with extra dressing and a large order of authentic garlic knots! Never had a problem with the business, but if I do I will be brutally honest about it! (:

If I could give 3 and a half stars I would. This was my first visit here. The service was great. My drink was never empty and the order was done just as we requested. My aunt who lives here raved about this place so we had to try it. The pizza crust was a good hand tossed dough with just the right amount of crispiness to it. The sauce was just right it wasn't too sweet or salty. The toppings could have been a little bit more generous but they were good. The place was about half full tonight. Like any recently opened restaurant it has its hiccup. This location has only been open for about two months but I think it is working very well for a fledgling restaurant. The garlic bread was good but nothing special but the garlic knots was excellent. If I had a hankering for pizza I would come bake here again and I would try some of the other menu items they offer.

My family and I throughly enjoyed an order of garlic knots, antipasto, cheese pie, and half pepperoni & mushroom pie. Great prices for great meals. Will go back again.

This establishment's food is bad, and its service is even worse. I go to eat with my gf and kid, we order a margarita pizza. ewwww. gross nasty ... a few weeks go by, i figure ill give it another chance. we order via phone this time, we come in 20 minutes, and they never "recieved the order" want to wait another 20 minutes? na thx for ruining our dining expierence twice.

Usually love this place but tonight my boyfriend and I were left waiting at the table for 15 minutes without a server even talking to us. That's my limit so we walked out, guess they didn't need our business.

Food has always been great. The owner however, treats his staff and customers horribly. He's lost a lot of great servers over the years because of his labor practices. No one with any self respect could work for him.

I walked in to check out their menu while waiting for my girlfriend. Then I stood at the window by the door. I was approached by a man who asked me, "Have you been helped yet?" I said, "Nooo." He then said, "Will you be dining in?" I siad I dont know... he then said, well you need to leave right now...I dont like your attitude." I said excuse me? He said, you heard me.".I want you out of my store." I am not sure what provoked him, but I wanted then name of the manager, and he said "I am the manager." I then asked for his superviosr, or the owner, he propped the door open and escorted me out. I waited for my girlfriend and she went inside. I then grabbed her and siad we are leaving this dump andyour boss is an a**. I am going to file a complaint. I want to know who the owner is, and the counter gal said he is the owner. We then had lnch at einstein bagels...and the employees there agreed, the manager there is a total jerk. I am still dumbfounded by the entire incident.

Do not even try to order take out. They either put you on hold FOREVER or they ask you to repeat your phone number over and over. They have awesome food but they need to step up their service. Someone needs to be taught how to answer the phone and take orders.

After waiting for almost 45 mins for a small italian sub, they finally asked me what i ordered. When they were about to scramble to make my sub, i had to stop them and ask for my money back. I only get 1/2 hr for lunch. So i went back to work on an empty stomach, out the $2 i tipped when i placed the order. Food is not worth the horrible service.
